We just bought a house after more than seven months short sale process. I don’t recommend a short sale for anyone, but if you want to go through this, Kelly is the agent that eases your frustration. She did not only do her job, she did the seller’s agent work, she followed up with the involved banks, she negotiated with the mortgage broker, she recommended good contractors, she was very patient and professional. She is a great person to work with, we were lucky to have her as an agent.
Kelly, We cannot thank you enough for all the hard work you did for us so we can have this house. You are a great person to deal with. All our friends loved it, they said it was worth waiting all that time!

We loved working with Kelly. Our first-born was only 3 months when we started looking for housing. She was very accommodating to our schedule and patient as our baby demanded our attention in the middle of home visitation. Kelly was always prepared with notes, lists, and pertinent info on each house. In fact, she always had cold water & treats in her car! When we urgently needed her help when she was out of town, her partner, Phyl, was willing to step in. We decided to build a home. Kelly was a great help. She is super thorough and very detailed oriented. She scanned each email, paper, contract and number sheet. She found the smallest mistakes (to our advantage) on multiple occasions and called them out before we even had the chance to complain. Finally, through her amazing bargaining skills, she saved us lots of thousands of dollars. We were surprised how she was able to get us price reductions. Because of her bargaining ability, we ended up with enough cash to hire a professional painter and install an irrigation system around our new home. We recently relocated from Indianapolis to the south Charlotte area, looking for a home that offered space for family as they would come to visit. We immediately contacted Phyl and Kelly to assist us with our future home search. We looked at several older homes and although we liked the designs or location, nothing matched exactly what we were looking for. They really became in tune with our plans and suggested that we build a new home. They took us to a model that was similar to what we had explained to them and they assisted in designing the home as well. During the showroom period where the finishing touches are chosen, my wife was still in Indianapolis and Phyl and Kelly both came to the meeting and assisted me in picking out the colors, cabinets and trim, just as they knew my wife would from earlier meetings. The final result, the perfect home in the perfect location! My wife said there isn’t a single thing about the house that she would change! Finding a realtor that will take the time to understand you so well that they can take you a completely different direction than you started, stay with you through the entire process and care enough to provide such personal service is not something that is found today. There were many issues throughout the process that only took one phone call to either Phyl or Kelly to have resolved immediately, making the process complete. If you are looking to buy an existing home or even build, you really want Phyl and Kelly representing your process, it’s that important.

We can not say enough good things about Kelly Brais and Phyl Salerno. They helped get our home ready for selling , told us what to clean up, what to get rid of, how to update our home, the need for a pre inspection, and how to price the home. When all this was done Kelly and Phyl put together a great marketing package. Web pictures, home details, neighborhood info, in home presentation hand-outs, etc. All the work paid off we sold the home in three days. The work was not completed; then came the negotiations, buyer inspections, move in and move out details. Kelly and Phyl were there for all the “fun”

Kelly and Phyl repeatedly go beyond the call of duty on both ends of the buying and selling process. They make it a point to never leave you waiting for an answer to a question or issue (usually reacting in minutes !) And they do so cheerfully.
When we did have a few issues with our purchase of a foreclosure, where the bank was the seller, they where able to get results that, I am sure, we could not have gotten without their help. For example, not only did the bank agree, after Kelly's prodding, to have a small termite problem repaired, but included a year of treatment in the mix.
On the selling side, we were so pleased to sell our house in just a couple of weeks in this current market!
We felt they were honest, extremely hardworking and very knowlegeable about real estate.
Without a moment's hesitation, I would recommend them to a home buyer or seller. You will not regret it.

If only we had known to go with Phyl and Kelly from the beginning ! Once the house was under the control of this truly dynamic team both my husband I felt so much better about having to move out of state. Having two people who you trust have the best interest of your house at heart is priceless!! At one point we even had a leak and Phyl and her husband walked our property on our behalf! Way above the call of duty. They were both always just a phone call or email away no matter what day of the week or time.
